Hello everyone.
First of all i wanna apologize i have not been sending out any updates for this petition and about what has been happening in the last few months.
I had a lot on my head, also been in hospital for a while with some serious health issues about this petition and because of the whole case in general that this petition is about and so on.
Second, i wanna thank everyone who has been willing to sign this so far. I really do appreciate that from everyone.
As for actual updates, there has been happening lots of things.
First i wanna talk about that so called "inspector" from the Bulgarian police, the one i already mentioned in my last update i posted, one that in my opinion does not even exist and i will tell you why.
As i already said, it was someone who did not even use a governmental e-mail address, you expect an authority to use a governmental mail address instead of using something from a free e-mail service.
Also there has never been a name in that mail, every mail i ever got so far had a name in it and with this one that was not the case.
There was not even being used an official document, where most of the times authorities has sent me some document instead of just writing down a mail (if they ever sent me anything atleast) and even in those documents was a name being given.
Some questions that were being asked did not even matter at all.
Also the first mail i did receive was in broken English, while the second mail i received was in perfect English, after i asked for proof to see if it was a real inspector or not, but that was being refused.
I gave that "inspector" some of the info he/she asked for, i did not give all the information because i still do not trust this, there is something not right with this.
Although that mail has been read, i never received a reply on it anymore and that was since almost 2 months ago now.
As for other things that has been done or happened, over 2 months ago i have been sending this petition to a lot of different Bulgarian newspapers, but the ones that has been reading the mail, has never been responding to it.
I also have been sending it months ago together with the list of signatures (when it still had a small amount) to the Bulgarian police, to the prosecutor's office, to the supreme judicial council and to the Embassy, 
The police has been reading the mail, but never replied anything, the prosecutor's office has been reading it, but did reply (i will come back to this in a moment), the supreme judicial council has not been reading the mail, and the Embassy has also never been reading the mail.
I have been sending out mails for over half a year now, been sending mails to a specialized team that does things with organized crimes and so on, first mail was way back in march upto a few weeks ago where i have been asking them if someone can learn to read mails that has been sent already half a year ago, but they has never been reading any of them.
Also in march i started to send mails to the supreme judicial council upto a few weeks ago where i have been sending this petition together with the list of signatures, and to ask them the same, if someone could learn to read mails being sent, again they has never been reading any of it.
Since april i have been sending mails to the Embassy after they asked me information, upto a few weeks ago when i sent them also this petition with the list, and telling them they had to deliver it to the competent authorities, but since then they have not been reading any mail anymore.
So i have been sending mails again a few weeks ago to the supreme judicial council, to that so called "inspector", to the Embassy, the police and that specialized team for organized crimes and so, but NONE of them has been reading that mail at all, except for the last mail from a month ago that the police has been reading was when i reported that mail from that "inspector" but did not read the one from a few weeks ago.
But the biggest thing i wanna share with you all is about the prosecutor.
Almost 2 months ago they have been sending me a document with a lot of information in it, was in Bulgarian, a language i do not even speak, so i had a hard time getting it translated.
They told me a whole bunch of things and that there has been an investigation for the realness and the truth about my whole story and the reports i have been doing, to see if the truth was being told, they also did this through European organizations they said, and even though they believe that this is real and the truth is being spoken, in the end they just refused to do anything about the matter and prosecute that criminal.
A few days later after receiving that document, i have been sending them a mail back with the petition and the temporary list of signatures (that was when the amount was still pretty low)
Again almost a month ago they have been sending me another document, but with exact the same content as what was being said in that first document, the only thing that was different is where they marked the sentence where they refuse to do anything with the case and to prosecute this criminal. 
I told them they have been sending that same document already and that it makes no sense to send me the same thing again.
A few weeks later they sent me again another document but with less information in it, just to tell me that they still refuse to do something.
So i sent them a mail back with the petition and an updated list with more signatures, also have been sending them the law that has to be followed (criminal code), told them what i have been doing and things that has been happening, also told them that or they would do something with the case and get that criminal prosecuted and put in jail or i would go with this to the media again and have the whole story published.
I can not even do that because that would cost a lot of money, i looked it up at different Bulgarian newspaper sites, what would be the cost of having something published and i do not have that money to get something in the newspapers so that is not an option anymore.
Do you think that mail has even been read by the prosecutor?
Not at all.
I am very sure here that everyone is just blocking my e-mail address and putting it on a blacklist so they will not get bothered anymore by this.
They call theirself authorities, you expect from them to keep theirself busy with the real big criminals and surely with a murder that has happened last december?
Never expect any help of this government, really do not do that, because they will not be of any help at all in such cases.
This was the update i wanted to post for now.

P.S. If you are wondering how i know if any mail has been read or not, there is always read reports and if that does not work to well, i have a browser extention installed that tells me exactly if a mail has been read or not, i had to install something like that to be sure about it.
