The Issue

India is a global powerhouse running on a second-hand blueprint.

🎯 Petition Target
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), India
Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India
Law Commission of India

For decades, our administrative, judicial, and law enforcement systems have blindly aped Western frameworks. We have copied laws designed for wealthy, homogeneous, and individualistic societies, expecting them to magically solve the complex realities of the Indian subcontinent. The result? A widening chasm between the law on paper and order on the ground.

We must stop seeking validation from foreign textbooks. India needs radical, uncompromising structural shifts engineered strictly for our own cultural, social, and material realities.

We are petitioning the Government of India and the Law Commission to initiate a comprehensive legislative review to implement six foundational pillars of governance reform:

1. Demilitarize Frontline Policing: Reserve firearms strictly for strategic, IPS-level officers. The vast operational layer of the police force should focus entirely on enforcing legal compliance without lethal arms, restricting basic baton authority to Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) and above to reduce civilian-state friction.

2. Monetize Social Dependency through 'Seva Kshetras': Replace passive, tax-draining welfare handouts with self-sustaining, state-operated work and residence camps. Modeled after mega-projects like GIFT City, these Seva Kshetras will house and employ destitutes, debtors, insolvent individuals, and maintenance seekers, transforming dependency into a direct boost for domestic industrial and agricultural GDP.

3. End Judicial Diplomacy: Demand that apex and constitutional courts shift away from lengthy, idealistic lectures. Judicial orders must embed strict, uncompromising, and highly specific enforcement mechanisms with mandatory timelines. A judgment without ironclad execution is just expensive paperwork.

4. Eradicate Corruption with First-World Stakes: Abolish the bureaucratic shield that requires government nods to prosecute corrupt officials. Introduce capital punishment for public servants who siphon national wealth. If you loot the Indian state, the stakes must be absolute.

5. Enforce Ultra Gender-Neutral Laws: Shield the legal infrastructure from demographic biases. Criminal acts must be judged solely on the presence of mens rea (guilty mind) and actionable evidence, ensuring the hammer of law strikes blindly irrespective of gender.

6. Criminalize Lawfare and Perjury: Stop the weaponization of our courts. Anyone—whether a state prosecutor or a private citizen—found guilty of perjury or fabricating legal battles for harassment must face a mandatory minimum of one year of rigorous imprisonment, scaling up to a life sentence for severe offenses.

The Goal
We cannot achieve first-world status with a borrowed, ill-fitting governance model. It is time to retire the outdated rhetoric and forge a sovereign, ironclad blueprint that works uniquely for India.

Sign this petition to demand that the Government of India overhauls these systems and implements aggressive administrative discipline!
