British Airways - London
‘The airline reported a "suspected minor technical issue" prompted the return to Heathrow as a precaution.’
⁃ No, it wasn’t a ‘precaution’ nor was it ‘minor’. It was actually an EMERGENCY - and declared as such. Pilots, yet again inhaling toxic fumes and having to use emergency oxygen masks to ensure they did not become overcome by the fumes, possibly incapacitated and could land the aircraft safely.

Delta - near Buenos Aires
‘Argentina's JIAAC reported N843MH was involved in an occurrence, there were no injuries and no damage. The JIAAC's headquarter opened an investigation.’
⁃ Yet again, assumptions by the Airline Industry that no one will become injured following exposure to toxic fumes on that aircraft.

Qantas - Sydney (Photo of the subsequent evacuation above)
‘Qantas Captain Debbie Slade said there had been a "leak of hydraulic fluid" which affects landing controls and flaps on the aircraft.
"I think perhaps some of the hydraulic fluid was pumped in by the air-conditioning system," she said.
"I haven't heard of any indications of smoke. It may have appeared like smoke but it was mist from the hydraulic system."
Captain Slade said some of the passengers may have had "itchy eyes" or a "scratchy throat" from exposure to the fluid.’
⁃ And that is just the possible short-term harm. No one is mentioning the possibility of long-term health effects following an exposure like this.

ANA - Sapporo
‘The airline reported there were no injuries. It was dust that was released by the air conditioning ducts. The cause is unknown, a detailed investigation was underway.’
⁃ Dust?....Of course - that makes toxic chemical deposits from aircraft oil or hydraulic fluid in the air conditioning ducts sound much safer to inhale.

How many more investigations?
Why do they still insist they don’t know the cause?
How much longer until the poisoning of innocent people in aircraft is stopped?
Why are the media staying silent on this VERY IMPORTANT issue?
Why are Governments not protecting the health of passengers & crew?
Why is the air in aircraft not filtered?
Why is there no monitoring of the air or any sensors onboard?
A MONUMENTAL COVER UP - PROTECTING A MULTI-BILLION £££$$$ INDUSTRY.

SHAME ON ALL OF THEM.

THANK YOU TO ABC NEWS AUSTRALIA - One of the very few taking this issue seriously and reporting the truth.
