Note that Boeing only mention Organophosphates in their response. No mention of Volitile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) such as Formaldehyde which they knew was present in the B52 In 1953. 

And actually Boeing, the ‘advocacy groups’ you mention contain many individuals who have all been injured or bereaved because of contaminated air on aircraft which explains why they are so vocal. If your aircraft are ‘safe’ how come you paid Terry Williams (Ex American Airlines Flight Attendant) a substantial amount of money as a settlement due to her claim against you of ‘Faulty aircraft design that allowed toxic fumes to reach the cabin, triggering tremors, memory loss and severe headaches’. - NBC News.com. June 2011.

If your aircraft were safe and you truly believed in the research and science, which you quite correctly state has not changed, you would not pay someone off. Or maybe would would, because no doubt that settlement would have included a clause whereby Ms Williams would no longer be able to talk about it (gagging order), which saved you the embarrassment of a court case and her complaint eventually dissapears from the media.
