Reported Aircraft Fume Events - September 2017: (NB. There will be many more no doubt - that have not been ‘officially reported’). 02 Sept - LH 1294 Frankfurt/Larnaca A321 - Reg: D-AISN. Returned to Frankfurt. Burning Odour from aft lavatory. 04 Sept - AA 235 New York JFK/Miami B767 - Reg: N39OAA Diverted to Norfolk. Electrical Odour on board. No fire or smoke found. 11 Sept - LH 2316 Munich/Luxembourg CRJ-900 Reg: D-ACNJ Returned to Munich. Strange smell in cockpit. 14 Sept - EW 778 Hamburg/Prague A319 Reg: D-ABGS Returned to Hamburg. Smoke in cockpit. 15 Sept - AC 135 Toronto/Calgary B767 Reg: C-FCAG Returned to Toronto. Electrical Odour in cabin. 18 Sept - NH 435 Nagoya/Fukuoka B737-500 Reg: JA303K Returned to Nagoya. Burning Odour in cabin. 18 Sept - WN 1119 Las Vegas/Denver B737-800 Reg: N8319F Returned to Las Vegas. Smoke in cockpit. 21 Sept - U2 4545 Berlin Schoenefeld/Nice A319 Reg: G-EZFC Unidentified odour onboard. Crew members taken to hospital. 22 Sept - KL 933 Amsterdam/Dublin ERJ190 Reg: PH-EZO Returned to Amsterdam. Electrical burning odour in cockpit. 25 Sept - Allegiant Flight 514 Las Vegas/Fresno Yosemite Smoke haze in cabin on taxi to gate. Aircraft evacuated via rear stairs short of gate. 29 Sept - TS 457 Paris CDG/Montreal A330 Reg: C-GTSD Flight crew requested priority landing. Smoke in cabin. 30 Sept - RS 7663/AC 7663 Toronto/Dallas Fort Worth Embraer ERJ 175 Reg: C-FUJA Diverted to Chicago. Strange smell in cockpit. (No trace of fire, smoke or heat on investigation by emergency services).
