Stop CollegeBoard from charging money to withhold AP scores

The Issue

Hello everyone, I am creaing this petition because CollegeBoard should not be charging a whole $10 for the equivalent of adding a withhold flag next to your user ID, they only do it from a profitability standpoint. As CollegeBoard considers themseleves as a "Non-profit", I don't understand how they can charge this much money to U.S. students and international students to withhold their scores. This is effectively monetizing education which is what a company like CollegeBoard should strive NOT to do, and this further fuels their almost-monopoly-like control on college admissions. For students who need to withhold multiple scores, this cost can be absurd as you have to withhold from multiple colleges, and this all goes AGAINST what a supposedly NON-Profit should be doing! I believe the cost of withholding scores should be free because with them costing money to withhold scores it is almost like a FOR-Profit company. If these prices stay the same, it will help CollegeBoard fuel their monopoly on college admissions, which will become even worse over time. This is why it is time to act now and help put an end to this absurd business practice-which will help us be one step closer to breaking CollegeBoard's monopoly on college admissions.
