Community Town Hall Meeting on Friday at 5.30 pm ; Resonse from HCA, No response from AG or G

Dear Friends, 

                     Here are the updates 

1. There is town Hall meeting on Froday at 5.30 pm. See flyer for the details at https://asesjhs.squarespace.com/s/town-hall-flyer.jpeg  Please plan to attend. 
2. We received a reply from HCA in response to Dr Raj Gupta's public video message as well as email sent to HCA Board of directors .Here is the link to the letter  https://asesjhs.squarespace.com/s/ressponse-from-HCA-on-07152024.pdf Essentailly HCA hasn't addressed any of concerns raised especially how to save lives and prevent Harm to the residents of East san Jose. 
3. There is no response from Attorney General Rob Bonta or Governor Gavin Newsom. There is complete indifference , apathy and lack of will power to help underserved diverse population of east san jose . You can send individual requests for intervention to Governor at https://www.gov.ca.gov/contact/ or  Attorney General https://oag.ca.gov/contact
4. Our petition has crossed 8800 signatures 
5. Dr Raj Gupta attended last night, County of Santa Clara Health Advisrory Commission and gave presentation of impact of closure Trauma/ STEMI programs as well as downgrading of Comprehensive stroke to primary stroke.
