The period covered is the nine months to 30 September 2022, and the information is taken from the management accounts produced by the charity’s accountant for this period. (EG = Ellel Grange, GM = Glyndley Manor, BH = Blairmore House, PP= Pierrepont).
Ignoring depreciation, in the period of 9 months to 30 September 2022 Pierrepont was the only one of the Centres to make a trading or operating ‘profit’, of £47,748, while the other three Centres made a combined cash loss of £115,935.
As well as proving an outstanding investment, Pierrepont has the capacity to earn significant income for the charity for many years to come.
This week Andy Taylor launched a new appeal request trying to raise 125k, surely if it was 'Gods will' For Pierrepont to be sold imminently this request would be redundant as the revenue from that sale would cover outstanding costs?
