I know first hand how CPS rips families apart and how hard it can be to fight to get your children or grandchildren back from them. I know how they lie and manipulate and falsify reports just to keep the children in the system and it's wrong. CPS ruins families who have done nothing wrong all for the sake of funding and bonus money. Yes, there are children in this world who are abused and who need to be removed  for their safety but alot of the times children who are taken from parents who love and do care endure mental health issues , are at risk of abuse while in the system and are even at risk of being lost and CPS having no idea of their location. That is why I've started this petition.

Child Protective Services plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children who are at risk of abuse or neglect. However, there have been numerous cases where CPS workers have abused their power, falsified reports, and lied in court proceedings to keep children within the child protective system for financial gain.

It is disheartening to learn that some CPS workers receive bonuses or funding based on the number of children they have within the system. This creates an incentive for them to remove children from their homes unjustly and prolong their stay in foster care unnecessarily.

To address this issue effectively, we need your support in demanding immediate action. By signing this petition, you are urging lawmakers and relevant authorities to:

1. Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of falsified reports and perjury committed by CPS workers.
2. Implement stricter oversight measures to prevent abuse of power within Child Protective Services.
