(My friend, Wyatt, the VICTIM of this, made me put a picture of Red bull in this)

Imagine going to the bathroom between classes, hoping for a moment of comfort and relief only to find yourself using sandpaper disguised as toilet paper. That's the reality we're facing in Thermopolis Middle School right now. My friend's experience isn't just a random complaint; it's a daily discomfort affecting everyone here. Imagine sitting through a whole day with irritated skin because the school decided to cut costs in the wrong places. "Ouch, bro!," is putting it lightly. His buttocks are burning.

The reality is that when schools like ours try to save money by purchasing low-quality toilet paper, it's students who pay the price. Soft, adequate toilet paper isn’t a luxury – it's a basic need. This isn't just about feeling uncomfortable; it's a matter of hygiene and dignity. Quality toilet paper can prevent us students from feeling distraction or distress throughout the day. Studies have shown that comfort in school facilities contributes significantly to a better learning environment and enhanced focus.

We acknowledge the necessity for budgeting. Yet, consider other areas for cost-saving measures that don't directly affect student well-being and hygiene, such as reducing unnecessary administrative expenses or seeking bulk purchasing discounts for high-quality toilet paper. Instead of cutting back on essentials, let's prioritize student satisfaction and health. Like bro we don't need to spend all the budget on weird laminated task cards we use ONCE in ELA and everyone like hates

Support us in making sure our school administration understands the true cost of their decisions, and prioritize the well-being of every student. Let’s ensure that no student dreads a bathroom break. Sign this petition to urge our school to allocate an adequate budget for quality toilet paper. Together, we can make a difference.
