Stop brand partnerships with Mikayla Nogueira

Stop brand partnerships with Mikayla Nogueira
The Issue
We, the undersigned, want to express our deep concerns regarding all partnerships with Mikayla Nogueira. While we understand the importance of collaborations and endorsements in today's world, we believe it is essential to consider the values and actions of those with whom the below companies choose to associate their brand. Mikayla's recent and past antics have us reeling with confusion, distrust, and anger and we're not alone. We are consumers, the ones who keep your business afloat, and we have many concerns. Mikayla not only heavily filters her content and lies about it when proof is presented, but she refuses to take any accountability for her actions, including: using heavy face and body filters on every upload that involves makeup application and fashion try ons (which is contrary to her image portrayal at the UN Speech discussing positive body image), rude and inconsiderate treatment of others in public, faking her accent, and regularly purchasing followers and likes that can be traced back to bot accounts. She is not trustworthy, and neither is any brand for partnering with her.
Mikayla has consistently displayed questionable behavior and statements that don't exactly align with what we thought the below companies stood for. Those involved in partnerships might want to seriously reconsider any current or future partnerships. It's not just us that have been affected by her deceiving actions and unapologetic statements; all involved companies reputation is on the line.
Consider this a friendly encouragement to rethink any alliance with Ms. Nogueira. Take a long, hard look at whether she's the right fit for your brand and if she accurately represents the image you want to portray. We are hoping that this does not echo another Bud Light sized consumer call to action, and we're hoping companies make a decision that makes us proud to support them.
We currently support a no buy boycott of the following brands until they stop all current or future partnerships with Mikayla Nogueira:
Elf, Maybelline, Loreal, Charlotte Tilbury, Benefit, Fenty, Rare Beauty, Haus Labs, Tarte Cosmetics, NARS, Urban Decay, Glow Recipe, Glamlite, Makeup by Mario, P.Louise, RoC Skincare, Clarins, Keys Soulcare, NYX, Kosas, Tatcha, Armani, KVD, Bridgeo, Ole Henriksen, Gucci, Ofra, OneSize, ColourPop, Dermalogica, It Cosmetics, Milk Makeup, Valentino
We encourage support and partnership with beauty creators that take accountability for their actions and create honest content. Mikayla Nogueira has lost our trust and we refuse to support brands that partner with her.
