These people who are supposed to be supporting parents use their positions to abuse parents.

The law is set up to protect them and there is no protection for innocent parents.

Parents who go through the complaints process with a school will find that the vindictive head teachers can hide behind qualified privilege when making defamatory statements. Schools will cover up for these abusers.

Social Workers will, at best be told off by their managers if reported but otherwise there is no organisation holding them to account.

The DfE and Ofsted will do little to help. The entire system is corrupt where the guilty are protected whilst the innocent suffer.

Parents need to come forward, protest and keep fighting the system until it is forced to change.
