Hi everyone.

Apologies for the lull in my updates, but a lot has been going on behind the scenes since we won the first hearing in 2018.

We have been awarded our costs from Court of around $23,000, and we are now preparing for our second court hearing - AWA vs Cloud Ocean, Rapaki, and Ecan, commencing December 9, 2019.

We have also been pivotal in creating another petition - asking that the NZ Govt places a moratorium on all water bottling consents, so a thorough investigation into these consenting processes, can take place.
