Please help my family and neighbors to STOP Beatties Ford Road Family Entertainment (trying to be Rezoned Commercial) in Huntersville, NC.

Please take a few moments out of your busy day to sign this petition to help us save our rural residential neighborhood.  It would mean the world to my family and I because our quiet and quaint little neighborhood as we know it will be destroyed. We have lived here for 4 Generations and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. (Please go to attached FB link to see my family’s story/photos. We have a deep-rooted history in Huntersville, NC)
Everyone in the surrounding area of Huntersville will be affected if this residential area gets rezoned to commercial.  
The proposed “Entertainment” center will be open 7 days a week from 7:30am-11pm.  They are planning to have outdoor sport-type activities, live (loud) bands, alcohol will be served, yet kids will be running all over the area when this is all taking place, causing major chaos.  This is a disaster waiting to happen and we want to put an end to it before the Huntersville commissioners vote in its favor.
There are only 16 allotted parking spaces available which means people from all over Charlotte will be parking in our yards.  Not to mention the traffic that our already overcrowded roads can’t handle. The infrastructure of Huntersville Roads need to be improved before rezoning or any developers try to bring more nonsense to this area. 
If this monstrosity goes thru, it will then be like a domino effect and start impacting our area in a negative manor. Our rural residential part of Huntersville will quickly become zoned commercial. Now is the time to act to protect our neighborhoods so we can keep our area the way it was meant to be. We do not want more crime and danger creeping into our neck of the woods, so to speak. We want to keep our children and families safe from what this type of rezoning could bring to our area. 
This proposed plan is extremely ill-fitting and will be very detrimental on all levels if allowed to be rezoned.
