"Given fiscal constraints and the need to adjust the pace of housing investments, this Kelly Avenue project will be deferred. We remain committed to moving forward with the project. However, progress may be slower because provincial housing investments will be flowing at a slower pace. BC Housing will need to ensure that investments in this project are aligned with funding availability.

BC Housing will be withdrawing the Development Permit and Development Variance Permit applications for this project at this time."
