We need to email the King County Council and the Land use committee and ask them to place a moratium on BESS until the law is in place.

Hopefully the Ordinance will also be amended to include minimum distance from schools, homes, places of gathering, and sensitive areas...

From Robby's repsonse, it sounds like this won't move forward until the Fall and the exact time line is totally unknown on when it will go to vote and when it would be effective if approved...
Tenaska could get their new application submitted and potentially grandfarthered in????
I'm not a lawyer- so I don't know...

Or they could rush to get it approved before the law goes into effect...
