This corporation does nothing but shamelessly siphon every last penny from those who, in their naivety, know no better. We, the aggrieved, the heartbroken, and the betrayed, demand justice!

We, the undersigned, demand that AviaGames Inc. be held accountable for their predatory practices. We call on them to:

1. Raise the minimum participant's age to 21, abiding by the law of commercial casinos.
2. Provide more comprehensive information about the risks of gambling to their users.
3. Eliminate proven and unfair in-game practices such as “bot” players and rigged scoring methods.
4. Immediately cease all advertisements and enticements aimed at our vulnerable youth.
5. Implement stricter age verification measures to prevent minors from accessing their platform.
6. Offer support services to help users who are struggling with gambling addiction.
7. Improve and re-train unresponsive and dismissive customer service representatives. 
8. Implement a refund and recovery program to those who suffered damages and losses over $20,000 before the age of 21.
