The federal government has announced an auto theft summit.  That is great but we already know what needs to be fixed.  Fix the criminal code and secure our ports.   These actions  can be taken  even without the summit.  It is time to act and not keep studying the issue.   Let's keep going.  Share widely and be a part of the solution.
