Hi everyone - We just reached 2000 signatures! Thanks so much! To put that into perspective, when the community board approved this horrific project, without any objections or reservations at all, it was done by all of 40 people. We are already 50 times greater - or 5000% of the size of the group that foisted this thing upon the community.
Over the coming week or so, I'll start to put up various updates, but for starters, speaking of the community board, the next meeting of CB12 - Community Board 12 - will be on September 24th at 6:30 pm, and, for all of you who are local, one of the very best things we can do for the moment is to converge upon that meeting and make ourselves heard loud an clear about how much we hate this project!
I've put a link to their September calendar below, and will post again about this - the address, where and when we'll meet up beforehand, etc.
