I just joined LibDem

We are 90,000 of us here and like many of us I had given up. But today is a different day. LibDems are the only pro-EU party and I just joined them. We all know that the UK is better in the EU. And, no I don't want to go through a messy divorce and pay an unnecessary £50bn that none of us can afford. I'd rather use that to fund the NHS and education. I dont want our kids to feel left behind when the lucrative jobs have moved elsewhere from this country. I want Scotland to remain part of the Union. Most importantly I don't want to be the one who looks back and thinks could I have done more? Did I do enough to stop this divisive, regressive change from disrupting our lives and futures? When I look back, I want to say yes, I did everything and more. That I built bridges, I didn't burn them. I am sure you are with me on this. Thanks for your support. Shreya
