STOP ANIMAL TESTING

STOP ANIMAL TESTING
The Issue
Animal testing is fundamentally unethical and harmful for several reasons. Firstly, it inflicts unnecessary suffering and cruelty upon innocent creatures who are unable to consent to such experiments. These animals experience pain, distress, and confinement in unnatural environments, often leading to long-lasting physical and psychological trauma. Additionally, the results obtained from animal testing are not always applicable to humans due to biological differences between species, leading to unreliable and misleading data. Furthermore, alternative methods, such as computer modeling and human cell cultures, have proven to be more accurate, cost-effective, and humane. Thus, continuing to rely on animal testing not only disregards the intrinsic value of animal life but also hinders scientific progress by diverting resources from more effective research methods. As a class group, we want to take a stand against animal testing, and with your help - we believe we can!
