Hi everyone, 


We're so close to making change. Today, I spoke with Qantas Freight's Chief Customer Officer. I was pleased to hear they are working hard in their review of processes and systems, just as we have asked them to do. 

I can't yet announce what they are planning, but I was pleased with all the options - as soon as they are ready to announce, you'll be the first to hear

They have been inundated with calls, and they commented that they are very aware of the 77,500+ of you demanding they do better. None of this would have been possible without your support - so thank you.

I honestly feel that Qantas us committed to getting this right, which will only mean better outcomes for our beloved pets. 

It's too late for my beautiful Duke, but this has all been for him. I hope I'm doing him proud.
