Stop Amendment to alter Medina Comprehensive plan from 2035 to 2025 for Meadows of Medina
The Issue
The Meadows of Medina, a development of Charles Cudd Co. and Rachel Development is trying to push through an amendment to change Medina's 2035 comprehensive plan. This would allow development to start 10 years earlier and also allow this development to change the zoning that the city and residences have planned for.
This would effect the current residents - residents that have lived and moved to Medina for its Rural and slow growth, the wildlife that resides here, like the beautiful sandhill cranes and increase the already disastrous traffic.
This gargantuan development that belongs on the Hwy 55 corridor.
The 55 corridor is supposed to have most of the developmental focus in Medina.
Please vote NO by showing your opposition to this amendment to change the comprehensive plan AND zoning.
-Medina City Residents
This is for PID’s of 131182313002, 1311823420006, 1311823420008, 1311823410004 and 1311823410005.
