Just a couple of updates.

We are currently waiting to to hear if RBC have allocated funding for the junction. The budget is set to be approved on Tuesday 24th February 6.30pm. The meeting is public, and will be held at the Civic Office, in the Council Chamber. We are hoping to have representative attending but this is to be confirmed; anyone, of course, is able to go along and, as I understand it, it should be live streamed. 

On another note, there are of course local council elections coming up in May. This is a great opportunity to press those wishing for your vote into acting. For anyone not aware, Labour are currently in power and the Green Party are the main opposition party in Reading. This is a perfect time to email your local councillors to push them into action. It is also a perfect opportunity to email those in opposition so they can support our cause, and apply pressure from within.
