Complaints filed with possible agencies

Its been very difficult to find a government agency which can help probe into this and tenants have no powers over landlords. 

 But I have filed complaints with il agencies like illinois rep, consumer fraud , Federal Trade Commission.  

Please go ahead and leave google reviews on the stonebridge apartments if you found what happend is wrong.  Reviews are powerful when comes in large numbers.
