Thousands of flat buyers and homebuyers in Ambernath have been cheated in one of Maharashtra’s biggest real estate scams.

👉 Mohan Lifespaces LLP owners – Hari Bhatia, Jeetendra & Tushar Lalchandani, Deepak & Manohar Manchandya, Ajit & Amit Gandhi – along with Sales Manager Prashant Rai are directly responsible.
👉 Flats in Mohan Nano Estates, Mohan Suburbia, and Mohan Galleria townships were sold on the basis of fake Commencement & Occupancy Certificates.
👉 HDFC Bank staff were appointed to approve loans on fraudulent CCs, trapping buyers in EMIs for illegal homes.
👉 MahaRERA, Ambernath Municipal Council, and architects Thorat Matthew & Associates enabled this fraud through negligence and collusion.
