Stonebridge Homes to finish The Willows estate, refund us for premature billing by RMG

Stonebridge Homes to finish The Willows estate, refund us for premature billing by RMG
The Issue
The residents of The Willows have been facing an ongoing struggle and due to the incomplete construction of the housing estate by Stonebridge Homes. Despite assurances that the development would be handed over in a finished state in March 2025, many parts of the estate remain unfinished. Yet, residents have been compelled to pay residential management fees to RMG for services and amenities that are not yet fully operational or provided at all. Worse still, debt collection letters have been issued to residents for these premature fees, adding unnecessary stress and hardship.
We, the residents, have tried to voice our concerns, but have repeatedly been ignored by Stonebridge Homes, Henry Boot and RMG. It is unacceptable that families, who made significant investments to secure a home in this community, are suffering due to negligence. The promise of a completed estate was part of the contractual agreement, and it's time for these companies to fulfill their obligations.
We demand that Stonebridge Homes takes immediate action to complete The Willows to a suitable handover standard. This means finishing communal areas to the standard initially promised at the point of sale. Furthermore, residents who have been billed prematurely must be refunded promptly by RMG. This is not only a matter of upholding contractual terms but also a moral obligation to respect and support the community you have chosen to establish.
Additionally, communication lines must be opened and maintained with the residents to ensure transparency and accountability moving forward. We believe that by addressing these issues, Stonebridge Homes and RMG can begin to rebuild trust and confidence among the residents of The Willows.
We urge all Willows residents to sign this petition and support our call for action. Stand with us in demanding accountability. Sign now to hold Stonebridge Homes and RMG accountable and ensure every resident of The Willows can enjoy the community they were promised.
