For the past 3 years I've been trying to get my business built here in Stillwater Oklahoma using Urban Air mobility transportation and my all-in-one planetarium. To be built here in Stillwater but I keep on running into conflict with the council and mayor of Stillwater. I would like to get this solved where we can move into the future and bring better resources for Stillwater. My name is Raymond D. Cornelius II.  I am the owner/CEO of quadtum UAM helipad terminal or S.H.I.E.L.D Skyfleet Haven International Evac Luxury Drones/ Agtech drones crop dusting with drones. I own two businesses and I would like to see these happen for the future. I've been in business since 2017 and brought it towards Stillwater City council and mayor in 2018. For the building of 2019 but they said it was SyFy and I should wait until the future and now it's the future and I'm still  having problems. I know it'll bring in about 3.8 billion dollars a year because I'm not only doing it in Stillwater I'm doing it in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Enid, all big cities of Oklahoma.
