Infelizmente o STF permanece de braços cruzados, sequer publicaram o acórdão da ADI contra as vaquejadas até hoje. O mandado de segurança continua parado, Luiz Fux como o grande inimigo dos animais que ele é, defensor de atrocidades que votou a favor das vaquejadas, logicamente vai fazer de tudo para manter a tramitação do mandado de segurança parada, porém os outros ministros precisam cobrar que Fux comece a agir de forma imparcial e não representando os interesses de uma minoria sádica que se diverte com tortura de animais, e pressiona-lo a liberar o mandado de segurança para o plenário do STF, queremos justiça pelos animais! Fux não tem o direito de ficar prejudicando a tramitação do mandado com sua lerdeza proposital apenas para defender os interesses de alguns indivíduos e dele mesmo que se diverte com o sofrimento de animais. Então exigimos: saia do caminho Fux, pare de fazer de tudo para prejudicar seres inocentes e sencientes, faça logo o relatório e libere o mandado de segurança para ser julgado pelo plenário ou declare seu impedimento porque você não é imparcial e tem ligação com vaquejadas e mande redistribuir o processo para alguém que tenha algum respeito por animais, você age como um ditador ao reter um mandado de segurança em suas mãos para que não seja julgado no plenário apenas para defender os interesses de pessoas sádicas que se divertem com tortura de animais, estamos fartos de você Luiz Fux. Aos demais ministros do STF: pressionem o colega de vocês que não defende os interesses da população e sim de uma minoria que lucra com tortura de animais e que da mesma forma que a maioria dos parlamentares não se importa com o que a população quer e muito menos se importa com seres sencientes e inocentes que ele defende que sejam explorados e torturados para mero divertimento e lucro de uma minoria de sádicos endinheirados. Animais não são coisas, não têm que ser usados para entretenimento ou "cultura", não nos interessa regrinhas que não resolvem nada, queremos o fim do uso de animais para entretenimento, regrinhas só servem para aliviar a consciência de alguns, para os animais o sofrimento é o mesmo, quem quer cultura que tenha cultura que não use animais, que vá no teatro, no cinema, em um concerto ou qualquer outra atividade que não prejudique animais, deixem os animais em paz, senhor Fux e demais defensores de vaquejadas, rinhas, farra do boi, rodeios e touradas: os animais não existem para lhes servir como instrumentos de divertimento em suas "manifestações culturais", comecem a ter cultura de verdade em vez de chamar tortura e exploração de animais de "cultura", ou troquem de lugar com os animais para manter a "cultura" de vocês viva, estamos fartos de vocês tratando animais como lixos que existem apenas para lhes divertir, para serem explorados e torturados em nome do sadismo que vocês chamam de "cultura". E por favor STF publiquem o acórdão da ADI contra as vaquejadas, a ata do julgamento foi publicada em outubro de 2016 e até agora nada de publicação do acórdão, a proteção dos animais é URGENTE, os animais não podem esperar, quanto mais o STF demora para agir mais e mais animais sofrem por mero entretenimento e agora corremos o risco de retroceder por causa de capricho de parlamentares, de gente sádica que lucra com o sofrimento dos animais e do ministro Luiz Fux, que por mero capricho negou liminar para suspender tramitação da PEC e agora fica enrolando para mandar o mandado de segurança para o senado.
