Please continue sharing the petition to your colleagues, family and friends, as at the deeper level, the petition stands for a basic human right not to be exposed to COVID-19 unnecessarily. The gain of face-to-face teaching and learning interactions in the context when the students and lecturers have the opportunity to use well-functional internet connection and computer equipment on campus is not worth risking lives. We all know what possible consequences of contracting COVID-19 are. Many of us have experienced the dreadfulness of this virus in close encounter. It should be the right of each of us to decide whether she or he is prepared to enter a space which may increase the risk of contracting the virus, especially when deciding against it cannot possibly cause any harm comparable to the potential impact of the virus on your health as well as the health of those close to you.
