A clarification

Note that with this petition we are not opposing the intention of the university to invite students back to campus. Some students have network issues or other circumstances at home that may obstruct them in engaging with quality learning. These students will benefit from presence on campus, where there are no network access issues. Neither are we opposing voluntary contact sessions between lecturers and students, within the safety measures implemented by the university.
