Stop sexualizing teenage girls. And victim blaming students with this sexist outlook on girls clothes. 

I made this petition to make sure that my dress code is made less strict or taken away completely. This issue affects the teenagers of Steamboat Springs and all other students with a dress code we need change now! Please sign and share with others! 

My name is Kat Kimble and I have always been irritated and enraged by dress codes. Our school says that dress code is vital for a place of respect. But why should what I wear determine the amount of respect that I am given. This may not be important to you because it’s not your school. However it starts with individual schools and then it becomes the norm. So lets make getting rid of dress codes the norm, together.
