We are petitioning the State of Georgia to re-open the case of Samantha Carolyn Sutton due to the fact that there are to many discrepancies in the case, To many things that just don't add up & to many unanswered questions.  WE WANT ANSWERS.   THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO CORONERS INVESTIGATION, AND THERE WAS NO INQUIRY OR AN INQUEST.   THE CODE VIOLATIONS LEAVES YOU TO QUESTION WHY ALL THE INFORMATION WAS NOT SHARED WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE & WITH THE GBI (GEORGIA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS.?)     WHY HAS SO MUCH OF THE EVIDENCE BEEN WITH HELD IF THIS IS NOT A COVER UP?

SAMANTHA'S DEATH WAS  10 CODE DEAD, UNATTENDED DEATH, DOA WITH LIVIDITY & SHE WAS SUPPOSEDLY FOUND DEAD!   Yet the 911 Call shows her on her side "BREATHING" as the FFFD First Responder's arrived.  their report states, Samantha was flat on her back, not breathing with a rag on her arm?  THE GBI'S  "Autopsy Photos" show Samantha with color & the report states her lips are still moist?  Dr. Sperry  (GBI's Chief Medical Examiner) stated that Sam would have been dead within 3-4 min. of the shot.

THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO ARREST & THERE WAS ADMISSIONS OF TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE, JOINT POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS, LYING TO OFFICER, NOT GETTING MEDICAL ATTENTION , & OTHER CODE VIOLATIONS.

 My Daughter, Samantha Sutton was supposedly dead (according to the Case Summary on 04/29/2011) and again on 04/30/2011, & more likely on 05/02/2011!

WGAS (EMT's) state that she was cold, stiff.....with lividity on 04/30/2011 a few min. after you can hear her breathing on the 911 Call?

In a Unattended Death Case, where dispatch was 10 Code Dead, Coroner's report states that Samantha was found Dead, she died in a suspicious manner with "lividity" it was mandated that her body not be removed prior to the Coroner being called, & doing a Coroner's Investigation, a Inquiry & Inquest. As far as I was told the Coroner never even went to the scene? 

KG was allowed to clean up the scene pior to the search warrent being executed?

They admitted waiting 30-35 min after supposedly finding her to call 911 & his room mate refused to help her & or call for help.

Sheriff's Officer's were called out on the 29th & left my daughter there?

Please someone demand they re-open this cas & truly investgate it & give us the facts.
