Personal Endorsement: Colin Hernandez (Never Rick Chavez Zbur)

Hi everyone,
This petition has become a movement. We are now at 1,019 signatures! Please keep it up. Although the movement itself cannot endorse a candidate, as the person who started this, I would like to give my personal endorsement of Colin Hernandez for Assembly for California's 51st District.
I once met Rick Chavez Zbur. I had attempted to contact his office, as has Margaret Petros of Mothers Against Murder, to report the systemic illegal conduct of Cal VCB. His office kept making excuses. "We can't investigate" -- not true; I even provided the legal citations. Then it became something else. So I walked up into Rick Chavez Zbur at an LGBT pride parade, in front of multiple witnesses, where he promised to look into Cal VCB's conduct. I followed up by showing a few more citations of law along with their terrible 2020 DOJ audit. A few weeks later, I get a nasty letter from his staff, how he doesn't want to be bothered, they said what they said (never mind that I had disproven practically all of it - in fact, or in law), they just don't want to be bothered about it. Rick Chavez Zbur is no better than Cornell University. He had a metaphoric mountain of evidence, coming from someone with nearly 15 years in federal audit & compliance, and Rick Chavez Zbur couldn't be bothered to do anything.
In contrast, I the privilege of meeting Colin Hernandez. He's someone who genuinely cares. When I mention what happened to me...I felt bad. I felt bad because there was so much pain in his eyes. He tried to put himself in my position...and I could tell. Colin's political rallies frequently focus on how to help those hurting the most, rather than what rich or powerful donors told him to say. Colin signed our petition and promises to launch a JLAC investigation, if elected.
If you are a voter in the 51st District of California, please vote for Colin. Rick covers for abusers and can't be bothered to do his actual job. Colin wants to stop abusers, hold them accountable, and protect the most vulnerable in our state. The difference between these two could not be more dramatic and clear.
With love,
Tom, Proud Survivor (x3)
