His next court date is yet another Pre-Trial on 7/18/2017. Such acts of cruelty against animals are now counted alongside felony crimes like arson, burglary, assault, and homicide in the FBI’s expansive criminal database. It is the petitioners opinion that Julien Torres does not deserve Accelerated Rehabilitation or Jail Diversion, he deserves Maximum Penalties and Felony jail conviction based on Connecticut states laws and this rabbit deserves that justice.
