AUSTRALIANS ARE HOMELESS, FAMILIES, CHILDREN ETC. BUT THE ANIMAL PETITIONS ARE MORE POPULAR - WHY?

On this (site) another one of these petition things is a homeless dog supporter total 12,119 signed? This one 1000+ wow. (Comment on Petition by a Supporter). I agree why don't homeless starving people attract more empathy than animals? I love animals too but people are just as important aren't they? The homeless are living like animals on the streets and there's no RSPCA for humans in need. Please sign and share.
