I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far but I know there is still work to be done. This year we met with top executives at Starbucks, shared our stories and campaigns for equal paid family leave with journalists and tens of thousands of people, and felt so supported along the way by you and the team at PL+US.

My experience with PL+US has been incredible! Working alongside fellow Starbucks partners and advocates Ryan, Jess, and Kristen, PL+US equipped us with the tools and resources we needed to fight for equal paid family leave -- and to win equal leave for adoptive parents! In 2018, PL+US will help 1 million more people win access to paid leave through education, advocacy, and public campaigns.
