Thank you so much for supporting our petition to deliver the Stanton Cross community we were sold. 

Your support shows how strongly residents feel about holding the developers to their original commitments. The developers are now proposing major changes to the legal agreement that sets when key facilities must be delivered, including pushing back the trigger for the local retail unit from 1,200 to 2,000 homes.

This would seriously undermine the vision for a sustainable, self-sufficient community, breaking the promises made to residents and creating a more car-dependent estate.

We urgently need your help again, please submit a formal objection on the council’s planning portal. Every individual objection counts and strengthens the case against these changes.

2. Add your name, address, and email
3. Select 'Object'
4. Select Reason for Comment (I selected A,B,&E)
5. Add a short comment that states you "strongly object to the proposed changes"
