On March 10, Stanford announced that 'Stanford will begin the spring quarter on time, but we will use virtual learning, rather than in-person classes, until further notice'. 

We totally understand this decision and would like to prevent the spreading of coronavirus by contributing our power: stay as home, wash hands and start taking online courses. 

But considering the impact online education will bring us, which is less interaction with faculty, incapability to hold meaningful discussions and attend research labs, and so on, we would like to start this petition to ask Stanford University to consider the possibility of deducting the tuition for Spring Quarter 2020.
