I can hardly believe we've received more than 500 signatures in the first 72 hours. Thank you so much for supporting our international efforts to prevent repetitive head injury caused by electroconvulsive therapy by instigating strict standards, regulations, audits and providing appropriate follow along care for patients if/when the delayed electrical injury's neurological effects begin to manifest. This video was tweeted to a member of UK's Parliament, Barbara Keeley, when she met with another ECT survivor regarding concerns about lax regulations, auditing and lack of brain injury support for people with a history of ECT. I apologize my voice may not be very easy to understand. I have Dystharia from electrical brain injury.

Please continue to share our petition so that we can make a difference in the lives of people living with "treatment resistant" mental illness.
