Patches support group. When Molly was first diagnosed various people reached out and suggested we join the Patches support group. Patches are independent "run by heart families for heart families". We have found their independence allows them to be far more open on some matters. With over 20 years of lived experience and knowledge - Patches are a great source of support and information for CHD families.
The founder Maria and her team saw the value in our campaign right at the start. They have promoted us heavily and we have learnt so much from them.
