3 years ago we first complained to our trust 💔
After 19 months of review - today the Health Obudsman have confirmed they have completed their primary investigation phase.
They have suggested they may now perform "a detailed investigation".
We understand that only around 1% of complaints proceed to a detailed investigation with a published decision

We're hopeful something meaningful will come from this after all this time.
