Update 60; ICO decision notice. We can't know who the poorer performing trusts are.

We keep trying to establish through NHSE who the poorer performing trusts are at prenatal CHD detection. We want to assess if there is any correlation with the trusts we have identified that do not retain fetal cardiac views. 

We have been repeatedly refused this data under FOI.  Following our appeal to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), our decision notice has now been published. The ICO have agreed with NHSE that we cannot see trust level CHD detection rate data. The decision can be read here;

The notice raises more questions for us; 
-Has there been no oversight or regulatory assessment of trust performance since 2020/2021?
-How is NICOR reporting on regional PPD detection rates each year if data isn't centrally held or accessible since 2020/2021?
-Why is the threat of legal action paramount to transparency, accountability and public involvement and interest?

We have been round in circles trying to source this data. Ultimately we understand NHSE have accountability for it. We have now appealed to the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights), General Regulatory Chamber HM Courts and Tribunals Service.
