Update 58; PHSO

We invested a considerable amount of time in our complaint to the Paliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. NHSE actually directed us to approach the PHSO if we were not satisfied with their response. However the PHSO have recently advised that issues around national policy and guidelines are not in their remit. They will adjudicate between our trust and oursevles only. The national and regional concerns we have raised in our complaint will not be reviewed. These matters will not feature in the PHSO outcome when finally delivered. 

We have pretty much done all we can now. We're very tired of battling, going round in circles and being largely ignored. 

Unfortunately, we don't feel like we have achieved a great deal here.
