My name is Marie Senat, and I am raising my voice because my heart is broken for Haiti.
Gang violence has destroyed families, taken innocent lives, and forced people to live in fear. I have personally experienced the pain of losing my best friend to gang violence in Haiti. My family has also suffered from the cruelty and terror caused by these criminal groups.
I cannot remain silent while innocent Haitian people continue to suffer.
I am starting this petition because Haiti deserves peace, security, justice, and a future where children can grow up without fear.
I am calling on world leaders and the international community to support effective efforts to restore security in Haiti and protect innocent civilians.

We, members of the Haitian community and supporters around the world, are raising our voices to demand urgent action to end gang violence in Haiti.
Families are being murdered, children are living in fear, women are being victimized, and innocent people are losing their homes and loved ones.
We respectfully support international cooperation and President Nayib Bukele's willingness to address the gang crisis, while calling for lawful, responsible, and effective action to restore security in Haiti.
We want the world to hear our voices.
Our demands:
Help Haiti eliminate gang violence.
Protect innocent Haitian families.
Support international cooperation to restore peace and security.
Hold those responsible for violence accountable.
Give Haitian children a future without fear.
We also want to make clear that no individual speaks for the entire Haitian community. The voices of ordinary Haitian families deserve to be heard.
