First, we would like to say thank you to Garth and Stephanie of NORML who showed up to be witness to the court proceedings, find out the facts and will now be reporting back to New Mexico NORML and New Mexico EMPACT. We are looking forward to being able to spread awareness of the inequalities going on in rural areas toward people of color and cannabis patients.

We had the opportunity to verbalize most of the facts and evidence we've been filing with the court over the last 4 months. The 4 high-priced lawyers hired by Santa Rita Land and Cattle Company had a hard time verbalizing the correct dates to the court, didn't know where the land in question is located and failed to defend our claims of Santa Rita not being a licensed and registered business in the County of Cibola, New Mexico. Ultimately, Judge Rael chose to make his ruling on the Motion for Writ of Restitution within 5 to 10 days after reviewing the motions, filings, and evidence submitted by both parties.

We look forward to sending another update soon letting everyone know that Judge Rael was willing to rule in our favor so please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers and we ask everyone to please remember to share this petition and help us bring awareness to what is going on in New Mexico. We need to get the attention of lawmakers and people who can hold corrupt businesses and government officials accountable for their crimes against our civil, unalienable rights to LIFE, LIBERTY and HAPPINESS!
