We're happy to have an update on this issue. We've received word today that our Answer, Motion and Request for Hearing with Cibola County District Court has been set for Tuesday, November 6th at 4 pm in Grants, NM. We're asking that everyone please sign and share with your friends, family and associates so we can get to 500 signatures before that time! For anyone who is local to New Mexico, we are asking that you please join us on November 6th at the court. The last time we went to court against a member of this hate group, we were harassed by the other parties associates, asked to move across the courtroom and then we were followed once the officer left the courtroom.

Although both parties were escorted to our vehicles to ensure nothing happened, the entire energy of the associates of people from this group have been nothing but aggressive and negative when we show up alone. We're asking for locals to support us at the court so there are witnesses should this behavior continue.
