The Issue

An award-winning Engineer / Natural Scientist, continues to have his Liberty stolen in blatant criminal acts by Vancouver (not B.C.), Washington (Not D.C.), USA.
Since 2013, Smith, a benevolent High-Functioning Autistic, has been wrongfully imprisoned based on evidence that does not exist, for a crime that did not happen.
Smith's advanced work in cleanTech is being hypocritically sabotaged by the U.S. State of Washington that framed him for an outlandish attempt to murder, a bogus charge that unanimous professional medical testimony proves did not really happen.
State courts have previously ruled that his entire imprisonment hangs on a "voice mail" allegedly stored on one of Smith's Oregon Corporate iPhones (an iPhone that was spuriously logged into Vancouver Police Department evidence 38 minutes BEFORE the pre-staged "crime" supposedly occurred!!!)
Redundant acoustic experts have filed sworn testimony that the State's "copy" of the voice mail is a computer-generated, digitally-Frankensteined fake. It is a Felony under state and federal Law to falsely portray a Public Record. State Courts illegally persist in disregarding these OBVIOUS, SERIOUS, & UNCONTESTED FACTS.
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Public Records Act (PRA) require disclosure of the REAL recording.
Over a decade and hundreds of duly-filed Public Record Requests later, State officials continue to blatantly disregard simple mandates to disclose truth, while they repeatedly break dozens of state and federal Laws on a daily basis in order to perpetuate Smith's illegal imprisonment secured by the state's fraud.
