We are calling on the Family Court of Wichita County TX Judge Gary Butler, District Attorney John Gillespie, to do the right thing, to stand on truth and challenge their wrongful decisions of jailing a protective Mother during an ongoing investigation of sexual abuse in Louisiana.

NOPD has failed to protect Jrue by concealing a mountain of evidence of abuse in the mother's initial report G #10254.23 and never investigating any of the allegations reported.

The 4-year-old child, Jrue, disclosed abuse perpetrated by Jamaan Kenner directly to the forensic expert at Children's Hospital Child Advocacy Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and DCFS of New Orleans lied to the court dismissing my son's outcry. DCFS has also chosen to ignore all other disclosures from Jrue in his forensic interview and other reputable adults as well as the countless sexually exploited images of Jrue. The New Orleans Police Department chose not to investigate into the allegations due to known connections to the perpetrator and transferred the investigation to Wichita Falls Texas as unfounded.

The mother was jailed with a protective order in place for Jrue for almost 4 months and lost custody for fulfilling her duty by reporting disclosures of abuse to the correct authorities and protecting her child.

This is not only wrongdoing but also an abuse of authority and power. The mother whom the child was raised by since birth was stripped away by false assertions of marriage by the alleged father in the completely incorrect Jurisdiction of Wichita Falls Texas in 2021.

The alleged father Jamaan Kenner had no standing or cause to take Jrue from his mother as she was still nursing living in New Orleans Louisiana. The mother is proven to be a fit and excellent parent.

To date, there was never a court ordered paternity test on Jamaan Kenner but somehow a fraudulent termination of the Mother's parental right without a trial by jury. Jamaan Kenner has falsified documents in 2 state jurisdictions by manipulating the law to obtain unlawful custody.

Jrue is now in the custody of the people he has named several times to be his abusers. A terrible injustice is being done. A Child’s life is in danger and he needs to be protected. 

Sadly, Jrue is not an isolated case, many US children are going through the same nightmare. 58,000 children a year according to the leadership council. Enough of this!

We are asking for Justice for Jrue as he represents the many abused children whose voices need to be heard. A child who says the abuse happened over 100 times to 5 credible adults and describes in great detail how he's  being savagely abused needs to be believed, especially when there is physical evidence to corroborate the child's disclosures.

Jrue is suffering the unthinkable because many people including lawyers, judges, and law enforcement don't want to face their mistakes and inactions.

Jrue life matters. Every child’s life matters. Children need protection from child abuse. It’s a fundamental right.

Family Courts are failing to protect children from abuse all over the country.

We are asking for Jrue's suffering  to be acknowledged. Let Louisiana and Texas be an exemplary state by investigating its own DCFS agency. Let Louisiana and Texas recognize its failure to protect and embrace this opportunity to turn a tragedy into a positive change. Let both states validate Jrue cries for help, rectify its course and show the nation that we take children’s lives seriously, that we will tackle our systemic failure by implementing better processes, accountability and transparency in protecting our children from abuse.

Please sign this petition asking the Wichita County Family Court and the Department of Justice to stand up to the injustice and protect Jrue's life. Jrue needs to be returned to his mother as he's been away from her since September 29, 2023.

Jamaan Lanier Kenner needs to be investigated and held accountable for his alleged crimes.

A fair opportunity to present evidence of abuse must be granted in the correct Jurisdiction of New Orleans Louisiana, Jrue's true home state.
