• actions that increase conflict, fear, and division
• information warfare and polarization campaigns

This moratorium is NOT about stopping progress.
It is about preventing chaos — and giving humanity the time it needs to breathe, think, and choose a safer path forward.

A global pause would help:

• reduce tension between nations
• stop the acceleration of conflicts
• rebuild trust and cooperation
• restore ethical clarity
• protect human dignity and peace
